Desert Quail Painters began in 1991 in the Victor Valley area of California.  We are proud to have many of our founding members still with us.  Our membership includes a group of painters with different skill levels ranging from beginners to professionals.  All are friendly and helpful - eager to share their love of painting.  Our normal, monthly meeting features a guest teacher who guides us through the steps to complete a special project.  We attempt to schedule projects using different techniques, surfaces, and products to give us an opportunity to learn new things in a controlled environment while utilizing skilled assistance.
